According to Real Estate R114 on the 15th, the only complex supplied nationwide in the third week of this month is the private rental "Archeum Deungchon" in Yeomchang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, which is a youth safety housing with 156 units.
Youth safety housing is supplied by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to young people aged 19 to 39 or newlyweds, and it is offered as either public rental or private rental.
Archeum Deungchon in Yeomchang-dong consists of one building with 2 basement floors and up to 15 floors above ground, totaling 156 units, of which 104 units with exclusive areas of 20 to 40㎡ will be available for subscription next week.
March is usually known as the peak season for the housing market due to the spring moving season demand. However, this year, the total supply nationwide until the third week of this month is only 3,512 units, which is just 19% of last March's level.
