Moalife Plus Signs E-commerce Business Agreement with China's Tianyun Group

Global healthcare company Moa Life Plus announced on the 14th that it has signed an agreement with TIANYUN GROUP, headquartered in Nanjing, China, for the supply and joint collaboration of poly-gamma-glutamic acid cosmetics (Doctors PGA) within China. Additionally, it signed a contract with its e-commerce operating subsidiary and Douyin (operating agency), the largest sales platform in China.

Founded in 1979, TIANYUN GROUP restructured into a group company in 2004 and is a strong enterprise with over 45 years of history. In 2023, it invested 800 million yuan (approximately 160 billion KRW) to establish a digital e-commerce industrial complex in Nanjing. In 2025, it established a new media company specializing in digital marketing and omnichannel e-commerce services, officially entering the e-commerce market.

Moa Life Plus has conducted formulation development and efficacy research on poly-gamma-glutamic acid cosmetic materials through over 25 years of research and development. It developed Gamma-MAX, a highly moisturizing ingredient capable of absorbing about 5,000 times its own weight in moisture, and Gamma-Oligo, a new formulation capable of skin penetration, confirming their functions in improving skin wrinkles and strengthening the skin barrier.

TIANYUN GROUP plans to integrate Moa Life Plus’s poly-gamma-glutamic acid material Doctors PGA into Douyin (TikTok), China’s largest sales platform, aiming to maximize sales during the Singles’ Day shopping festival. In particular, by partnering with excellent companies within China, this contract was signed with the purpose of active technology exchange and new product development, aiming not only at the Chinese market but also at global market entry and expansion.

A representative of Moa Life Plus emphasized, “Through the business agreement with TIANYUN GROUP and the Douyin operating agency contract, we have laid the foundation for entering the Chinese market,” adding, “We have taken a step closer to the global expansion of our patented ingredient PGA and our brand Doctors PGA.”
