Establishing Public Service Discipline
and Fostering a Healthy Organizational Culture
Korea Airports Corporation announced on the 14th that it held the 'Team Code of Conduct Officer Appointment Ceremony' at the headquarters meeting room, presided over by Standing Auditor Min Byung-sam.

A total of 18 team code of conduct officers were appointed, including general department heads and team leaders from 14 airports and affiliated organizations nationwide. They will take the lead in establishing autonomous public service discipline and fostering a healthy organizational culture.
Specifically, they will carry out activities to prevent corruption and establish public service discipline, such as code of conduct education and handling reports of misconduct. They will also play a role in preventing and resolving conflicts between generations and social classes that may arise in various work environments.
Standing Auditor Min said, "Integrity is an essential element for the corporation's sustainable development and securing public trust," adding, "I hope the team code of conduct officers will strengthen ethical awareness within the organization and take the lead in preventing corruption."
After the appointment ceremony, a special lecture titled "Anti-corruption and Integrity through Humanities" was held by Kim Se-shin, Director of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission Integrity Training Institute.
