- Residential Lease Management Solution (PMS) Continues to Grow in Contract Volume Since Launch
- Expansion of Bundled Specialized Solutions for Rental Management, Tenant Communication, and Investment Analysis
Proptech startup DNK announced that the contract scale of its 'Residential Lease Management Solution' (PMS) increased by 47% compared to the end of last year, surpassing a total of 25,000 units.
The PMS developed by DNK is a solution that supports the automation of overall rental housing management, covering everything from tenant contracts to rent billing and collection, tax filing, and accounting report preparation. Since the service launch in July last year, the number of managed units reached approximately 17,000 by December 2024. Within two months thereafter, new contracts were signed, increasing the total contract scale to about 25,000 units, which represents a 47% increase compared to the end of last year.
The scope of the provided solution has also expanded beyond the existing rental management solution (Property Manager) to include a tenant communication platform (Resident Portal) and an investment analysis solution (Investment Manager). DNK develops specialized solutions for each business area and offers them as bundled products, supporting the automation of overall rental management tasks.
Rental housing operation companies that need to manage hundreds or thousands of units simultaneously can significantly improve work efficiency easily by adopting PMS. In fact, a representative from a rental housing operator that adopted DNK's solution stated, "After collaborating with DNK, our workload was reduced by more than 20%," and evaluated, "We were able to automatically handle repetitive rental management tasks and time-consuming analysis report preparation."
DNK has strengthened product compatibility to be immediately applicable to rental management sites with various conditions. By enhancing competitiveness through advanced features such as automatic generation of revenue and investment reports, DNK is expanding its presence in the domestic PMS market. Furthermore, although the corporate rental market has developed, manual management and outdated solutions dominate in Japan as well, and DNK is actively entering the local market by establishing a corporation there.
Kim In-song, co-CEO and CSO of DNK, said, "The reason why DNK's solution was chosen by major domestic rental management operators such as GHP, Woori Leo PMC, and KR Service in a relatively short time after the solution launch is analyzed to be not only the competitiveness of DNK's solution but also the industry's high demand for efficient rental operations," adding, "DNK will continue to advance the solution to provide a field-friendly and efficient PMS for rental management operations."
