Damyang and Hwasun Engage in Mutual Hometown Love Donations for Second Consecutive Year The public health centers of Damyang County and Hwasun County in Jeollanam-do held a mutual donation ceremony for the hometown love donation fund at Damyang Public Health Center on the 12th. Damyang County and Hwasun County in Jeonnam have exchanged Hometown Love Donations, taking steps toward mutual regional development and solidarity.


According to Damyang County on the 13th, a mutual donation ceremony for the Hometown Love Donation Program was held the previous day at the Damyang County Health Center, with both Damyang and Hwasun health centers participating. This is the second mutual donation between the two local governments, following last year, and 38 employees from each health center took part, leading the way in expanding the Hometown Love Donation Program.


In addition to ongoing Hometown Love Donations, both counties also pledged to continue various activities for regional development through sustained exchanges and cooperation, such as participating in various events and festivals. The Hometown Love Donations will be used for a variety of projects aimed at vitalizing the local economy and improving the quality of life for residents, including promoting local specialties and tourist attractions, as well as resident welfare.


Kim Dongjin, head of the Damyang Health Center, said, "I am honored to participate in the Hometown Love Donation Program together with Hwasun County," adding, "I hope this donation serves as an opportunity to further vitalize the Hometown Love Donation Program and promote more active communication between our organizations."
