Jung Su-won, head of MINI Korea, said, "This year marks the 20th anniversary of our entry into Korea and is an important turning point as we prepare for a new future," adding, "With this launch, we are signaling the full-scale transition to electric vehicles and will be the first within the BMW Group to complete an electric vehicle lineup." He also mentioned, "To commemorate the 20th anniversary, we created a limited domestic emblem called 'MINI Isip' using Hangul and the Taegeuk pattern."

The newly introduced models include the pure electric compact SUV 'The New All-Electric MINI Aceman' (hereafter Aceman), which newly joined the MINI family; the urban pure electric model 'The New All-Electric MINI Cooper' (hereafter Cooper); and MINI's first pure electric family car 'The New All-Electric MINI Countryman' (Countryman).

MINI Korea emphasized that the pure electric vehicles fully embody MINI's unique sensibility and liveliness. Head Jung said, "They offer different charms and product values that can be chosen according to individual tastes and lifestyles," and added, "We expect to further strengthen MINI brand’s position as a leader in the electrification era."

The Aceman is MINI's first dedicated electric model, aiming to be a compact SUV. It is based on an electric vehicle-exclusive platform and features BMW Group's 5.5-generation high-voltage system. While maintaining MINI’s distinctive sensibility, it achieves both a sleek silhouette and space utilization. With a body length of 4085mm and height of 1515mm, it shows a lower and longer ratio compared to typical SUVs.

The front features polygonal headlights, a design not seen before, and an octagonal grille without vertical lines at the bottom. The sides and rear highlight dynamic wheel arch designs and Aceman’s unique bumper design with pronounced ends on both sides, emphasizing its distinctive character.

The interior design combines heritage and modern sensibility in simplicity. Notably, the dashboard is decorated with Aceman-exclusive pattern designs using 100% recycled polyester fabric. The trunk space is 300 liters by default and expands up to 1005 liters when the rear seatbacks are folded down.

The Aceman is available with two powertrains: E and SE. The E Classic trim delivers a maximum output of 184 horsepower and maximum torque of 29.6 kg·m. The SE Favored trim produces 218 horsepower and 33.7 kg·m of torque. The zero-to-100 km/h acceleration time is 7.1 seconds. Equipped with a 54.2 kWh battery, it can travel 312 km on a single charge based on domestic standards. Fast charging from 10% to 80% takes about 31 minutes. The prices for Aceman E and SE, including VAT, are 49.7 million KRW and 58 million KRW, respectively.

The Cooper, which best embodies MINI’s identity, inherits its unique design heritage while delivering a lively driving experience and innovative digital experience more vividly. The exterior features flush-type door handles and a smoothly refined body surface design.

The Cooper is offered with a single SE powertrain in two trims: Classic and Favored. It produces a maximum output of 218 horsepower and maximum torque of 33.7 kg·m, with a zero-to-100 km/h acceleration time of 6.7 seconds. A 54.2 kWh high-voltage battery is installed under the body, and the driving range per charge is 300 km based on domestic standards. Prices including VAT are 52.5 million KRW for the Classic trim and 56.1 million KRW for the Favored trim.

The Countryman is MINI’s first pure electric family car. Its clean surfaces, octagonal grille, enlarged wheel arches, high bonnet, and nearly vertical front design enhance its presence as a premium SUV. The top-tier Countryman SE ALL4 JCW trim adds JCW-exclusive front grille, black logos, motorsport-inspired Chili Red roof and accents, and 19-inch JCW black lightweight alloy wheels to differentiate itself.

The Countryman is available with two powertrains. The SE ALL4 is an all-wheel-drive model equipped with two electric motors. It delivers a maximum output of 313 horsepower and maximum torque of 50.4 kg·m, improving performance over the previous internal combustion engine model. The zero-to-100 km/h acceleration time is 5.6 seconds, and the driving range per charge is 326 km. The E model has a front axle electric motor producing 204 horsepower and 25.5 kg·m of torque. Its driving range per charge is 349 km based on domestic standards. Prices including VAT are 56.7 million KRW for the E Classic trim, 63.1 million KRW for the SE ALL4 Favored trim, and 66.1 million KRW for the SE ALL4 JCW trim.

It offers clear image quality and quick responsiveness, allowing comfortable use as if handling a smartphone. Additionally, the MINI Experience Mode provides up to eight concept display screen graphics, interfaces, ambient lighting, and driving/function sounds.

Head Jung said, "MINI officially entered Korea in 2005 and has grown alongside the domestic automotive market," adding, "MINI Korea will open a new era of change with the direction of 'THE NEW EXCITEMENT, Innovating Fun'."
