The 'Online Toktok Counseling Center' is a service where experts in the fields of human rights, labor, and personal information protection participate directly to provide prompt and professional consultations.
Through this service, social service workers can more easily resolve inquiries related to labor, human rights, and personal information protection, and users can also receive expert advice during the process of using the service.
The 'Online Toktok Counseling Center' can be accessed through the official website of the Gwangju Social Service Institute, and users can receive answers from experts after submitting a consultation request.
To enhance personal information protection and anonymity, the Gwangju Social Service Institute has established a system in which consultation requests are sent directly to experts' emails without revealing the content, and experts respond within five days to the applicant's email after review, ensuring convenient and prompt replies. In addition, the institute operates the 'Toktok Social Service Information Sharing' board to share useful news related to labor, human rights, and personal information protection, providing further assistance.
