This pilot project, being implemented for the first time this year, focuses on providing tailored one-on-one consulting, including corporate diagnosis through expert matching, review of core technologies and business feasibility, and enhancement of business plans. In addition, a newsletter compiling information and the latest news on various support and public offering projects that small and medium-sized enterprises may easily overlook will also be provided.

Companies wishing to participate can apply from the 14th to the 28th, and detailed project announcements and application documents can be found on the website of the Carbon Hydrogen Industry Research Association, which is operating the project.

The city expects that through this support project, local carbon companies will win multiple public offering projects, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and positively impacting not only Jeonju's carbon industry but also the regional economy as a whole.

Lim Sookhee, Director of Economic and Industrial Affairs at the city, said, "Through this project, we hope that local companies will be able to properly showcase their capabilities in the process of applying for public offering projects. Although the scale of support is modest in this first year, we will strive to support more carbon companies, which are the region's key industries, as this project is expected to have significant effects."

Meanwhile, the Carbon Hydrogen Industry Research Association, which is operating the project, is a non-profit organization with about 150 member companies related to the carbon industry nationwide and is located in the Jeonju Innovation Startup Hub.
