As the United States and Russia pursue the restoration of their relationship, the heads of intelligence from both countries held a phone call.
According to the Russian news agency RIA Novosti, Sergey Naryshkin, head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), and John Ratcliffe, director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), spoke by phone.
