Seosan Banditbul Volunteer Group Delivers Daily Necessities Worth 1.3 Million Won to Vulnerable Groups On the 11th, the Seosan Firefly Volunteer Group conducted their first volunteer activity by visiting the Wooridle Daycare Center located in the Southeast Apartment complex in Suseok-dong and the Seosan City Association for the Physically Disabled located in Seokrim-dong, delivering necessary supplies worth approximately 1.3 million won. / Provided by reader

The Brilliance Team Firefly Volunteer Group in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province, took its first step on the 11th by visiting vulnerable groups and donating daily necessities under the slogan "A Bright Light Shining on the World."


For their first volunteer activity, the Firefly Volunteer Group visited the "Wooridle Daycare Center" located in the Dongnam Apartment Complex in Suseok-dong, Seosan, and the "Seosan Disabled Association" in Seoknim-dong, delivering essential goods worth approximately 1.3 million KRW.


Leader Lee Kiyang stated, "This volunteer work was made possible with support from the overseas volunteer organization Brilliance Team, headquartered in the United States," and added, "With the theme of 'A Light Shining on the World,' we hope to play a role in helping the underprivileged, people with disabilities, and seniors in the local community."


Meanwhile, the Firefly Volunteer Group, established this year, consists of about 20 members, including co-leaders Lee Kiyang and Park Okbun, advisor Hong Seokbeom, Kim Geonseok, and Park Sangmu, former president of the Seosan Social Workers Association.
