Training Center, General Commercial, and Mixed-Use Commercial Lots Available on a First-Come, First-Served Basis

Boryeong City to Sell Land in Daecheon Beach Tourist Area District 3

Boryeong City in South Chungcheong Province announced on the 12th that it will offer 10 lots for sale within Zone 3 of the Daecheon Beach Tourist Area, a leading marine tourism destination on the west coast.

The Daecheon Beach Tourist Area is located 6 kilometers east of Daecheon Beach, a world-renowned tourist attraction known for the summer experiential Boryeong Mud Festival. The Daecheon IC on the Seohaean Expressway provides easy access to the area.

Additionally, there are 14 train services per day from Yongsan Station in Seoul to Daecheon Station, taking approximately two hours. The area can be reached from Seoul and the metropolitan region within two hours and thirty minutes.

Furthermore, National Route 77, which connects Daecheon Beach and Wonsando via the nation’s longest undersea tunnel (6.9km) and extends to Anmyeondo, has opened, serving as a hub for the West Coast tourism belt.

The Daecheon Beach Tourist Area was developed in 2010, and due to favorable investment conditions for individual businesses, 91.7% of the total lots have already been sold.

The lots currently available for sale include four lots for training centers (10,074.5㎡), three for general commercial use (1,717.9㎡), and three for mixed-use commercial purposes (2,164.7㎡), totaling ten lots.

The city will pay a reward of 2% of the sale price to land purchase agents who have signed a sales brokerage agreement.
