Second Android App After 'Apple Music' for Galaxy Users
Galaxy smartphone users can now watch 'Apple TV' content.
Apple announced on the 12th that it has launched the Apple TV app for Android on Google Play. It supports both Android smartphones and tablets. This is the second time Apple has released an application (app) for Android, following 'Apple Music.'
Along with this, subscriptions to Apple TV+, Apple's original content online video service (OTT) platform, and Major League Soccer (MLS) Season Pass are now available. Notable Apple TV+ titles include 'Pachinko,' 'Severance,' 'Masters of the Air,' 'Hijacking,' 'The Morning Show,' 'Mapda Maewow! Jimmy's Counseling Center,' and 'Money Heist.' By subscribing to the MLS Season Pass, viewers can watch all matches as well as various exclusive content and in-depth analysis.
Key features such as 'Continue Watching,' which allows users to resume videos they were watching, 'Favorite Content,' where users can save content to watch later, and content download for offline viewing are all available in the Android app as well.
The Android subscription fee is 6,500 KRW per month, the same as on Apple devices. Currently, a free 7-day trial is being offered.
