Up to 200,000 KRW per Month for Four Months
Support for Young Entrepreneurs Within Three Years of Startup
On the 11th, Buk-gu District in Gwangju announced that it is recruiting participants for its rental support program for young entrepreneurs.
This program was established to reduce the rental burden for young entrepreneurs within three years of starting their business and to create a stable startup environment. Eligible applicants are young entrepreneurs aged 19 to 39 as of the announcement date, who have started their business within the last three years, reside in Buk-gu, and have their business located in the district.
The program provides up to 200,000 KRW per month in rental support for four months. However, businesses located in buildings owned by family or relatives, franchises, non-store businesses, and those in entertainment or gambling-related industries are excluded.
Buk-gu will accept applications until the 21st, review them, and select 30 participants. Selected individuals will receive the support funds by the 10th of the following month after submitting proof of monthly rental payments. Applications can be submitted online via the Buk-gu Youth Center website or in person at the Buk-gu Office Youth Future Policy Division with the required forms and documents.
