President Yoon Suk-yeol reportedly told the leadership of the People Power Party on the 9th that he would "only think of the people and the country."

Floor leader Kwon said, "I met President Yoon at the Hannam-dong residence the day before yesterday, and fortunately, he looked healthy," adding, "He also expressed both apology and gratitude toward our party and its members."

He continued, "I would like to take this opportunity as the floor leader to express my gratitude to the members of the National Assembly who, according to their own convictions, have worked within the chamber, outside the chamber, in standing committees, and in their constituencies, fulfilling their roles for the party and the country," and said, "I sincerely thank them for showing patience and restraint for the sake of party harmony and unity, even if the leadership has been somewhat lacking at times."

Floor leader Kwon stated, "Yesterday, March 10, marked the third anniversary of President Yoon's election," and urged, "Although it pains my heart, let us unite to protect the stability of people’s livelihoods against the internal faction led by Lee Jae-myung."
