Comprehensive Survey of Address Information Facilities
to Promote the Use of Road Name Addresses by June
Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 11th that it will conduct a comprehensive survey of address information facilities within the city by June to promote the use and convenience of road name addresses.
The survey targets a total of 31,083 facilities, including road name signs and building number plates. Using the Smart National Address Information System, an on-site investigation will be conducted to assess the installation status, location appropriateness, and safety conditions of the address information facilities.
Based on the survey results, Paju City plans to promptly replace and repair facilities that are old or severely damaged to improve the cityscape and prevent safety accidents.
Kim Nana, Director of the Land Information Division, stated, “Through regular on-site inspections and maintenance of address information facilities, we will do our best to provide a safe and convenient urban environment for citizens and visitors to Paju City and ensure there are no inconveniences in using road name addresses.”
