Lotte Construction announced on the 11th that 'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature' in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, was completely sold out just two months after starting the official contract. This is the first case of achieving 100% contract among the Lotte Castle brand this year.

At the end of last year, it recorded a competition rate of up to 32.2 to 1 in the first-priority subscription, with all types fully subscribed. In the non-priority subscription held earlier this month, it proved its popularity with a competition rate of 135.51 to 1 for 45 units of 84㎡ exclusive area.

Near the complex are Hansung University Station on Line 4 and Bomun Station, a transfer station for Line 6 and the Ui-Sinseol Line, making it a 'triple station area.' A Lotte Construction official said, "Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature is located in the Seoul city center with excellent proximity to workplaces, so there was a lot of inquiries and interest from actual demand groups," adding, "We will do our best to live up to the trust in the Lotte Castle brand."
'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature' is being developed with 19 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, totaling 1,223 households. Move-in will begin in April 2027.
