GS Construction Wins Redevelopment Project in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu Worth 627.5 Billion KRW

GS Construction announced on the 10th that it has won a redevelopment maintenance project in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, worth 627.5 billion KRW.

The project involves constructing 14 buildings with 1,531 apartment units and ancillary facilities, ranging from 4 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, on the site of Bongcheon-dong 4-51. The estimated construction cost accounts for 4.67% of the consolidated sales as of the end of 2023. The construction period is 48 months from the actual start date.
