POSCO Steelion held a kickoff event for the 'Value-Adding QSS Activities' in the main conference room at its headquarters on the 6th, officially launching its innovation initiatives.
This initiative was established to strengthen the company's competitiveness in response to rapidly changing social environments, such as changes in industrial safety laws after COVID-19, the introduction of the 52-hour workweek, and generational shifts within the organization.
POSCO Steelion plans to redefine its practical innovation activity system, promote individual growth and company development based on a positive organizational culture, and focus on strengthening production competitiveness by creating an efficient work environment through 3J 5S activities.
In particular, the company will gradually implement the 'Value-Adding QSS Activities,' including equipment function and performance restoration activities in 2026 and equipment normalization activities in 2027.
