The main agenda includes △participant networking △HR and labor special lectures △job support group project introduction △job mentor group counseling △recruitment counseling, among others.
In particular, through the special lecture on "Labor Law Changes in 2025," HR managers can review practical points they must know regarding this year's labor law changes. Support policies from job support organizations such as the Goyang Employment Center will also be available for consultation.
The seminar, held as part of the corporate HR manager community project, will be held a total of six times this year.
Last year, a total of seven seminars were held with 146 participants, and 97.5% of attendees responded with satisfaction or higher in the survey. Companies wishing to participate in the seminar can apply by searching for "Goyang City Corporate HR Manager Community" or "GoyangHR" on Naver Cafe.
Additionally, the "Corporate HR Manager Community," a platform for exchange among local corporate HR managers, is being utilized as a space where HR managers from regional companies can obtain work-related information and collaboratively seek solutions to various practical issues.
The city plans to strengthen recruitment support this year for companies facing difficulties in hiring. Companies registered in the cafe can participate in job fairs with priority and receive recruitment agency services depending on their cafe membership level.
Wang Yeon-woo, Director of the Job Policy Division, stated, "We will promote mentor-mentee connections by appointing senior HR managers as job mentors," adding, "We will plan recruitment and personnel management by referring to cases from other companies and ensure practical hiring through talent matching at the Goyang City Integrated Job Center."
