Customized Training Conducted to Enhance Customer Satisfaction Services
Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 10th that on the 6th, the Yeoju Small Business Support Center hosted a 'Customer Satisfaction (CS) Training' attended by a total of 30 participants, including representatives of various local industries and merchant association officials.

This training was organized to improve the service quality of small business owners and to promote a culture of courteous customer service in celebration of the '2025 Yeoju Tourism Inaugural Year.'
The training covered ▲basic principles of customer service ▲effective communication techniques ▲methods for handling customer complaints ▲improving service mindset. In particular, participants were given time to practice through real interactions with customers, providing practical tips that can be immediately applied in the field.
A representative of the merchant association who attended the training said, “I realized once again the importance of customer service, and it was beneficial to learn specific response methods through practice. From now on, based on what I learned, I will not only provide more courteous service but also expect this to have a positive impact on improving the service quality of local small business owners as well as revitalizing Yeoju’s commercial district.”
Yoo Jun-hee, head of the Yeoju Small Business Support Center, stated, “Courteous service greatly influences the revitalization of the local commercial district and customer satisfaction. We plan to continue providing regular CS training to educate small business owners on courteous service.”
