Donations Accepted from Literature to Equipment
Open to All Citizens
Gwangju Bukbu Fire Station has begun a full-scale campaign to donate firefighting artifacts for exhibition at the National Firefighting Museum. This initiative aims to preserve the history and value of firefighting.
According to Bukbu Fire Station on the 10th, the campaign welcomes donations of all types and sizes of firefighting-related items, including literature, photographs, equipment, vehicles, and badges, and is open to all citizens. Donors will be honored with a donation certificate and invitations to exhibition opening ceremonies.
To participate, individuals can simply fill out a donation application form at the Firefighting Artifact Museum of the National Fire Agency and submit it by email or mail. It is also possible to visit a nearby fire station or make inquiries by phone.
Im Jintaek, Head of the Fire Prevention and Safety Division, said, "We ask for your interest and participation to help spread a culture of fire safety and preserve our history."
