Conversation on Health Condition and Thoughts on the Night Before Release

President Yoon Suk-yeol spoke on the phone with Kwon Seong-dong, floor leader of the People Power Party, and lawmaker Na Kyung-won after being released from Seoul Detention Center on the 8th.

According to the People Power Party on the 9th, President Yoon informed Floor Leader Kwon during their call the previous day that there were no issues with his health and encouraged him by saying, "The party leadership has worked hard."

He also talked about his feelings on the night of the 7th, when he was waiting for the release procedure following the court's decision to cancel his detention, saying, "I was tired because I couldn't sleep well the day before (release)."

Lawmaker Na Kyung-won of the People Power Party also reportedly spoke with President Yoon on the phone. After holding a press conference at the National Assembly Communication Office that day, Na met with reporters and said she had a phone call with President Yoon after he returned to the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, but refrained from commenting on the specific details.
