The recruitment process will proceed in the order of application submission, job aptitude test, interview, and health checkup. Samsung plans to expand quality domestic youth jobs through this open recruitment and actively secure outstanding talent to strengthen research and development (R&D) competitiveness.
To this end, they plan to broadly hire not only new employees but also experienced professionals and foreign science and engineering talents.
Samsung is the only major domestic group that maintains an open recruitment system for new employees. Since its introduction in 1957, the first in Korea, it has led an 'open recruitment' culture that eliminates discrimination based on gender, academic background, nationality, and more.
In particular, through the Samsung Software Academy For Youth (SSAFY), which has been operating since 2019, it supports software development education and employment linkage for youth at five campuses nationwide. SSAFY has expanded opportunities this year to include Meister High Schools and Meister High School students.
Additionally, Samsung continuously promotes the recruitment of experienced domestic professionals and outstanding foreign science and engineering talents to strengthen R&D competitiveness. Furthermore, through the venture nurturing program 'C-Lab Outside,' Samsung actively supports the revitalization of the domestic startup ecosystem.
