On the morning of June 7, Yangsan City successfully hosted the 'Labor-Management-Citizen-Government Win-Win Cooperation Leap Forum' at the Yangsan Business Center, with over 350 participants including representatives from labor, management, citizens, and heads of various organizations and institutions.

During the forum, specific action plans were presented, including labor stability and job creation, expanding the social responsibility of businesses, and campaigns to promote local consumption among citizens. All participants pledged to take joint action for these goals.

Yangsan City plans to use this forum as an opportunity to lay the foundation for the joint growth of labor, management, citizens, and government, and will continue to provide various policy supports to boost the economy in the future.

On the afternoon of June 7, the 'ON Neighborhood Festa' kicked off in the commercial districts of Obongcheongnyong-ro and Mokhwa-ro in Mulgeum-eup, with participation from over 80 businesses including restaurants, cafes, and retail stores. For 17 days until the 23rd, stores will offer a 5% discount, and customers using the Yangsan Love Card will receive a 10% cashback. Various promotional events such as SNS reviews, repeat visit events, and delivery coupon giveaways (worth 10,000 to 30,000 KRW) will also be held.

On the same day, the city held a roundtable titled 'Neighborhood ON: Setting the Table for Mutual Growth' at a restaurant in the Obongcheongnyong-ro commercial district, where small business owners, citizens, and representatives from various companies, institutions, and organizations shared and encouraged diverse opinions on neighborhood businesses and the local economy.

At a nearby event stage, the 'On the Frontlines of Livelihood, Questions for the Mayor' segment provided a Q&A session between Mayor Na Dongyeon and citizens regarding local economic issues. Despite the chilly weather, many citizens enjoyed performances by singers, choirs, and dance teams, as well as various experience and promotional booths, making it a lively event that increased interest in neighborhood commercial districts.

Mayor Na Dongyeon said, "I sincerely thank all citizens, company, institution, and organization employees, and neighborhood business members who participated in today's Leap ON Project. It was a valuable time to see everyone in the local economy unite and passionately move toward the common goal of economic recovery, even though each person stands in a different position."

He added, "I hope that the accompanying events on the first day of the ON Neighborhood Festa and the 17 days of discount promotions will encourage more citizens to visit neighborhood businesses and play a vital role in the recovery of the local economy. The ON Neighborhood Festa will continue with voluntary participation and applications from neighborhood businesses, so I ask for your continued interest and participation."
