The '2025 Graduate Specialized Program Project' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor is designed to provide customized employment support services to unemployed individuals within two years after graduation, aiming to prevent prolonged job searching and facilitate smooth entry into the labor market.

Amid the recent rise of 'resting' youth becoming a social issue, Daejin University University Job Plus Center plans to offer various customized programs to help unemployed graduates enter the labor market smoothly, including tailored one-on-one counseling, document and interview consulting, and alumni mentoring, in addition to career and employment programs.

Since Daejin University already operates the existing 'University Job Plus Center Project (Hub Type)' and 'Customized Employment Services for Enrolled Students' projects, it has established a comprehensive career development support system covering from customized employment support for enrolled students to specialized programs for graduates, enabling systematic employment and career support throughout the entire cycle.

Jang In-ho, Director of Daejin University University Job Plus Center, stated, “We will minimize the employment support gap by establishing a continuous employment support system for graduates,” and added, “We plan to provide proactive employment support services through active identification of unemployed individuals.”
