Space C.L. is recruiting trainees for the ‘2025 Cloud-Based Web Developer Training Program’ aimed at employment in Japan. This program is operated with 100% government funding under the K-Move School, supervised by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. Trainees will be directly matched with local Japanese companies, supported to obtain official work visas, and hired as full-time employees.
Space C.L., an IT and software specialized company, provides practical programming education tailored to the demands of Japanese companies. The company stated, "We operate web project mentoring through our Software Development Division to cultivate talent optimized for the Japanese IT industry, maximizing trainees’ field adaptation and practical skills." They added, "To improve practical Japanese language skills, native instructors provide direct Japanese language education, aiming for trainees to acquire JLPT N2 or higher certification and achieve smooth conversational ability."
This training program runs for six months from April 1 to October 16, recruiting a total of 18 trainees on a first-come, first-served basis. Since the program fully reflects the needs of Japanese companies, trainees are selected based more on their goal orientation and enthusiasm for employment in Japan rather than IT skills or Japanese language proficiency.
Leveraging the advantages of a corporate academy, Space C.L. supports trainees’ employment through direct recommendation matching with over 20 Japanese partner companies, in addition to a field-oriented technical curriculum. Programs for successful employment in Japan, such as pre-completion Japanese company briefings, job-specific lectures, resume consulting, and mock interviews, are also provided.
Trainees participating in the program receive various benefits including ▲100% government funding for the entire course ▲monthly training incentives and allowances ▲support for exam fees for job-related certifications such as JLPT ▲settlement support funds for employed trainees ▲priority hiring opportunities at partner companies ▲awards for outstanding graduates ▲and project team mentoring.
Park Heewon, CEO of Space C.L., said, “As a Japan overseas employment academy directly operated by an IT development specialized company, we will provide practical education and customized employment connections.” He added, “We hope for strong interest and applications from talented individuals who wish for stable full-time employment in the Japanese IT industry and aspire to build a global career.”
