SMCG is rising more than 10% on the first day of its KOSDAQ SPAC merger.
As of 9:38 AM on the 7th, SMCG was trading at 3,810 KRW, up 375 KRW (10.92%) from the previous trading day.
SMCG is a company that provides total package solutions from the production of high-quality glass container products to post-processing. As of the cumulative third quarter of last year, it recorded sales of 40.8 billion KRW and an operating profit of 3.1 billion KRW, representing growth of 58% and 94%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. It has secured clients including global brands such as L'Or?al and Johnson & Johnson, as well as Amorepacific, The Founders, Vinau, and Chamzon Cosmetics.
