Dongwon F&B announced on the 7th that it has launched 'Denmark Fresh Mozzarella Basil,' a natural cheese paired with basil oil.
'Denmark Fresh Mozzarella Basil' is a product where mozzarella cheese is marinated in basil oil, allowing consumers to enjoy a rich and refreshing flavor. The mozzarella cheese is bite-sized, making it convenient to enjoy as a snack or appetizer without any additional preparation. The basil oil can also be used as a pasta sauce or salad dressing. The Denmark Fresh Mozzarella Basil comes in a 160g package and is priced at 7,480 KRW.
Denmark, Dongwon F&B's dairy brand, offers a variety of products including natural cheese in-pocket cheese made from 100% domestic raw milk (based on raw milk), cheddar cheese, and cheese for grilling. Dongwon F&B plans to strengthen its natural cheese product lineup with the launch of Denmark Fresh Mozzarella Basil.
