Goyang Special City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 7th that it was honored to be selected as an excellent institution in the ‘Social and Public Sector’ at the ‘AI Hub Data Utilization Excellence Awards Ceremony’ held on the 5th.
Hosted by the National Information Society Agency (NIA), this awards ceremony was organized to discover outstanding cases of AI data openness and utilization, with one institution selected in each of the four categories.
The city built the ‘AI-based Child Art Psychological Diagnosis Drawing Data’ through the 2022 AI training data construction project and opened it to the AI Hub.
This data was constructed by collecting ‘House, Tree, Person (HTP)’ images from 7,000 elementary school students in Goyang City, organizing a total of 854,400 data points into 61 labels. It is evaluated as important material that helps analyze children’s psychological states more precisely and enables quantitative research.

This service is an AI-based solution that helps analyze children’s psychology more objectively and quickly. It is actively utilized in child welfare and psychological support projects by various local governments nationwide. Recognized for their contributions in the social and public sector, Goyang Special City and Insighter Co., Ltd. were jointly selected as ‘AI Hub Data Utilization Excellent Institutions.’
