The large apartment complex 'Harrington Square Sangok Station' near Sangok Station on Subway Line 7 will be offered for sale in April.
According to Hyosung Heavy Industries on the 6th, Harrington Square Sangok Station will be built through the Bupyeong Sangok redevelopment project in the area of 87-903, Sangok 1-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. It is a large complex with a maximum of 45 floors above ground and a total of 2,475 households, with 1,248 households planned for general sale. Construction will be handled by Hyosung Heavy Industries and Jinheung Enterprise.
Sangok Station on Line 7 is located about 150 meters away. Additionally, it includes Sangok Elementary School and Sangok Elementary School Attached Kindergarten. Students can walk to Sangok Middle School, Cheongcheon Middle School, Seil High School, Incheon Foreign Language High School, and Myeongsin Girls' High School. A large-scale commercial facility is planned within the complex. Also, a large-scale complex shopping mall is being developed on the north side of the complex. Jangsu Mountain and Wonjeok Mountain Park are located to the north of the complex as well.
