iM Bank Launches Simple Corporate Loan Consultation Service

iM Bank announced on the 6th that it has launched the ‘Corporate Easy Loan Consultation Service’ to enhance the convenience of financial transactions for corporate customers.

The Corporate Easy Loan Consultation Service allows newly registered corporate customers of iM Bank to quickly consult and apply for loans remotely without visiting a branch. Previously, this service was only available to corporations with existing iM Bank transaction history, but now new corporate customers can also easily use the service.

Customers can apply for consultation by entering simple information in the recently renewed iM Bank Corporate Banking application (app), after which a nearby branch manager will contact them directly to guide and manage the loan process.

Hwang Byung-woo, the bank president, said, “We have renewed corporate banking to enhance financial convenience for corporate finance consumers and will provide various new digital services such as loan consultations in the new year. We will strive to offer more convenient services to diverse customers nationwide.”
