Chungnam Technopark Holds ESG Management Committee Meeting

Chungnam Technopark announced on the 6th that it held the ‘2025 ESG Management Committee’ at the main auditorium of its Cheonan headquarters on the 5th.

The ESG Management Committee was established to assess the level of ESG management activities at Chungnam Technopark, and to report on the outcomes of ESG activities and the plans for 2025.

During the meeting, the main agenda items discussed included: ▲2024 ESG management achievements of Chungnam Technopark ▲2025 ESG management implementation plans ▲Report on major achievements and indicator selection results from the previous year, among others.

Last year, Chungnam Technopark set sustainable goals to achieve carbon neutrality in Chungnam and worked to contribute to the distribution of alternative energy.

It also achieved results such as securing new government projects through public contests to realize a carbon-neutral economy.

Chungnam Technopark strengthened organizational improvements and job expertise to respond to internal and external changes, aiming to lead social value management for local companies and industries.

Additionally, it established an operational system for community and balanced regional development and promoted support projects for balanced regional growth.

This year, Chungnam Technopark plans to further identify and manage key issues in collaboration with external experts for more effective, customized ESG management, and to enhance the reliability of its ESG indicators through standardized ESG indicator verification.
