Daewoo E&C announced on the 6th that it will launch sales for Yongin Prugio One Cluster Phases 2 and 3 at the end of this month. The previously sold Phase 1, consisting of 1,681 households, has been fully contracted.
The newly supplied Phases 2 and 3 consist of 2,043 households with exclusive areas of 59 and 84㎡. Located at San 126-13, Namdong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin City, together with Phase 1, it will form a large-scale apartment complex with a total of 3,724 households. Phase 2 comprises 1,804 households from basement level 3 to ground level 28, and Phase 3 consists of 239 households from basement level 4 to ground level 26.
A large-scale semiconductor cluster is being developed nearby, which is expected to increase residential demand. In the Wonsam-myeon area, the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster General Industrial Complex is under construction. SK Hynix’s semiconductor factory broke ground last month. Samsung Electronics plans to build six semiconductor factories in the I-dong and Namsa-eup areas, with construction scheduled to start next year.
The new apartments are located next to National Road No. 45, which leads to the Advanced System Semiconductor Cluster National Industrial Complex. Local Road No. 57, connecting to the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster General Industrial Complex, is also linked. In addition to existing roads, new local roads connecting Sejong-Pocheon Expressway and Dongtan 2 New Town will be constructed. There is a plan to create an elevated park over National Road No. 45 passing through the Eunhwa Sam District. Samsung C&T Resort Division will develop the elevated park.
The complex is close to Yongin Yeokbuk and Gorim districts. An elementary school site is planned right next to the complex. A library, sports facilities, and neighborhood living facilities will be established within the Eunhwa Sam District. Nearby, there are waterfront parks and golf courses. Shared facilities for residents will include a multi-cultural space, fitness club, and golf club. The model house will be opened near Dongcheon Station on the Shinbundang Line.
