Through this, the county aims to establish improvement measures for complaint handling and practice proactive administration that residents can feel.

In particular, the Zero Complaints Task Force plans to directly visit sites to inspect the actual conditions of long-term complaints raised more than three times, complaints that were denied, and complaints dissatisfied with the processing results, communicate with complainants, identify the causes of problems, and actively seek solutions to provide practical alternatives for complaint resolution.

Additionally, it will play a role in proactively responding to anticipated grievances to prevent further complaints from arising.

Furthermore, based on the rich administrative experience of senior officials, collaborating with field staff to solve problems will alleviate the workload of the staff and simultaneously provide a valuable opportunity for them to learn various problem-solving methods and enhance their expertise.

A Hamyang-gun official stated, "Through the operation of the Zero Complaints Task Force, senior officials will directly communicate with complainants on-site and seek solutions, realizing proactive administration for residents and providing more transparent administrative services."
