Recruiting Global Talent to Lead AI Transformation
Cybersecurity company Genieons announced on the 5th that it will actively pursue innovation as an AI-based security software company through the internalization and convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It has appointed a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) and is recruiting a Product Manager (PM) to lead AI transformation at its U.S. branch.
Genieons has adopted ‘AI Transformation,’ which involves developing AI strategies aligned with business goals and innovating products, organizations, and processes through AI, as its next-generation core strategy. The aim is to revolutionize the paradigm of cybersecurity by integrating next-generation AI technologies and secure new growth engines.
First, Genieons plans to appoint a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) to internalize AI throughout the organization and secure business strategies and AI initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities to add value through AI, such as improving overall operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and creating new revenue streams.
At its U.S. branch, Genieons is recruiting a Product Manager to lead innovation in AI-based security solutions and drive AI transformation. The Product Manager’s main responsibility will be to develop innovative AI security features based on expertise in AI technology.
After recruitment, the Product Manager will serve as a key talent leading Genieons’ AI-based security solution innovation. They will accelerate the successful transition to a B2B SaaS model and gain practical experience in applying AI in the cybersecurity field.
Since its founding, Genieons has accelerated continuous innovation for over 20 years. Not content with the success of its network security solution NAC (Network Access Control), it developed EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) that protects endpoints using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
In 2022, it launched ‘Genian ZTNA’ and secured 10 global zero-trust customers last year. Through AI integration, it is intensifying the application of a robust security architecture.
Kim Gye-yeon, Genieons CTO and head of the U.S. branch, said, “The core of AI is data. Genieons will open a new horizon in cybersecurity by applying AI technology to the vast data and practical application cases accumulated while supporting over 3,000 customers worldwide over the past 20 years.”
