Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 3rd that it held the '2025 Tenant Service Improvement Team Launch Ceremony' on the afternoon of the 27th of last month at the CS Academy in Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport.

About 90 members of the Service Improvement Team, including Bae Young-min, Head of the Infrastructure Division of the Corporation, attended the launch ceremony. The event consisted of the presentation of appointment certificates to the members, plans for tenant support this year, and an introduction to the newly established Tenant Service Portal (TSP).
The Corporation demonstrated the TSP, which will be newly established next month, and announced a systematic tenant service improvement strategy. Additionally, they invited writer Jeong Moon-jung to conduct practical training aimed at establishing a communication culture among stakeholders within Incheon Airport.
Marking its 10th anniversary this year, the Incheon Airport Tenant Service Improvement Team is composed of the Corporation, resident organizations, airlines, ground handling companies, commercial operators, and facility management subsidiaries. It plays a role in supporting the stable operation of the airport and establishing an efficient collaboration system among stakeholders.
Incheon Airport has about 90,000 employees and over 600 tenant companies. The Corporation explained that it is providing multifaceted support to promote coexistence, communication, and a culture of integrity among stakeholders.
Head Bae Young-min said, "We will further strengthen win-win cooperation with tenant companies to promote smooth communication and enhance the competitiveness of Incheon Airport."
