According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 27th, the morning low temperature on the 28th is expected to range from -2 to 7 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature is expected to be between 8 and 18 degrees Celsius.

The expected low temperatures in major cities are ▲Seoul 3°C ▲Incheon 3°C ▲Chuncheon -3°C ▲Gangneung 5°C ▲Daejeon 2°C ▲Daegu 4°C ▲Jeonju 5°C ▲Gwangju 5°C ▲Busan 7°C ▲Jeju 9°C. The high temperatures are ▲Seoul 12°C ▲Incheon 9°C ▲Chuncheon 12°C ▲Gangneung 16°C ▲Daejeon 14°C ▲Daegu 17°C ▲Jeonju 13°C ▲Gwangju 14°C ▲Busan 15°C ▲Jeju 15°C.

There will be a large temperature difference between day and night, especially inland. A significant diurnal temperature range of over 15 degrees Celsius is expected.

Rain is forecast for the southern Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, southern Gyeongbuk region, and Gyeongnam region. Most of the rain is expected to stop by the morning. Seoul, Incheon, western Gyeonggi, and parts of Chungcheong are expected to see raindrops less than 0.1 mm in scattered areas.

Expected precipitation amounts are ▲Daejeon, Chungnam, southern areas around 1 mm ▲Gwangju, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk less than 5 mm ▲Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, southern Gyeongbuk around 1 mm ▲Jeju around 5 to 10 mm.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, Sejong, Chungbuk, Chungnam, and Gyeongbuk, while other regions will experience levels ranging from 'good' to 'moderate.'
