Gwangdong Pharmaceutical announced on the 27th that it conducted a 'Fair Trade Compliance Campaign' to establish a fair and transparent corporate culture.

This campaign was organized to enhance employees' understanding of fair trade principles and to internalize a culture of compliance management throughout the organization. The purpose is to fulfill the company's social responsibility while strengthening awareness of legal compliance to contribute to the creation of a fair market environment.

Employees participating in the campaign wore sashes bearing messages such as "Fair Trade Culture Together" and "Fair Trade Builds Trust" at the headquarters entrance, holding placards and signs to raise awareness of the importance of fair trade compliance and to demonstrate their commitment to practice it.

Gwangdong Pharmaceutical officially introduced the 'Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP·Compliance Program)' in January, further strengthening ethical management. Through this, the company systematically implements ▲ reflection and execution of business plans ▲ selection of compliance officers and establishment of dedicated teams ▲ operation of an internal management committee for preemptive monitoring. Additionally, it has maintained certifications for the Anti-Corruption Management System (ISO 37001) and Compliance Management System (ISO 37301), practicing ethical management that meets international standards.

A Gwangdong Pharmaceutical official stated, "Employees' awareness of fair trade compliance has increased, strengthening the company's ethical management," and added, "We will continue to promote ongoing education and programs to further expand this."

Meanwhile, Gwangdong Pharmaceutical established an Ethics Management Committee in 2019 and built a dedicated ethics management website for employees. Since 2018, it has operated an anonymous reporting system. Furthermore, it distributes a daily ethics management newsletter to disseminate content such as "Prohibition of Gifts and Monetary Transactions" and "Fair Transaction Procedures and Competition Principles," thereby raising compliance awareness.
