On the 27th, LG Electronics received a total of 36 awards, including the top Gold Award, at the German international design competition 'iF Design Award 2025.'
The iF Design Award is considered one of the world's top three design awards alongside the 'Red Dot Design Award' and 'IDEA.' Awards are given based on the distinctiveness and excellence of design in nine categories: ▲Product ▲Communication ▲User Experience (UX) ▲User Interface (UI) ▲Packaging ▲Interior ▲Concept ▲Architecture ▲Service Design.
This year, the LG SIGNATURE OLED T won the top Gold Award. The LG SIGNATURE OLED T is an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) TV with a transparent screen. Users can switch between 'Black Screen' and 'Transparent Screen' modes using only the remote control, and wireless AV transmission and reception technology allows for free installation without spatial constraints.
In Black Screen mode, the 77-inch 4K quality display allows users to enjoy content such as movies and games. In Transparent Screen mode, viewers can see the space behind the screen, providing a sense of openness as well as a unique visual experience exclusive to transparent screens, such as augmented reality.

Recognized for design excellence were ▲Smart Home Hub 'LG AI (Artificial Intelligence) Home' ▲'LG Smart Home AI Agent' with a mobile smart home hub ▲Premium LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) TV 'QNED TV' ▲'LG StanbyME 2,' which allows the screen to be separated from the stand for versatile use ▲'LG SIGNATURE Smart InstaView,' which uses transparent OLED technology to check inside the refrigerator without opening the door.
