Musinsa Strengthens 'Beauty'... Launches Color Cosmetics Brand 'Wicci' Targeting the '1721 Generation'

Musinsa announced on the 27th that it will launch a new makeup brand, 'WHIZZY,' on the 28th.

WHIZZY is inspired by the words 'WHIZZER,' meaning 'a person with outstanding charm,' and 'WHIZZY,' meaning 'smart and innovative.' It aims for easy and simple beauty for the 1721 generation (ages 17 to 21) and offers products that young customers can use to create looks suited to clear skin.


The first collection features a total of three color products: lip, lip & cheek, and eyeliner. Developed with a clear tone base such as peach and ruby, the collection offers sophisticated colors and a formula that adheres smoothly without clumping even when layered. The lip product 'Glow Up Tint' is available in six shades. 'Slick Move Lip & Cheek' is characterized by its soft texture that adheres thinly to lips and cheeks without tools. The 'Pre & Easy Eyeliner' is a 2mm ultra-slim pencil that can be used for eyeliner, shading, and highlighting, allowing for natural and delicate makeup. The 17 products can be purchased for just over 10,000 KRW.


To commemorate this, Musinsa Beauty will hold a promotion from the 28th until the 14th of next month. Customers can enjoy up to 29% discount benefits, and those who purchase over 30,000 KRW will receive a clear transparent pouch as a gift.


A Musinsa Beauty representative said, “WHIZZY offers high-sensitivity beauty items at reasonable prices, enabling young beauty customers to easily complete the makeup they want,” adding, “We also plan to actively consider expanding into the global market.”


WHIZZY’s first collection will be exclusively unveiled on Musinsa Beauty at 10 a.m. on the 28th.
