Dry Weather Warnings Issued Nationwide
Significant Temperature Fluctuations and Strong Winds Expected
Poor Air Quality and Fog in Several Regions
Rain Forecast for Jeju Island from Late Afternoon
On Thursday the 27th, temperatures will rise above average from midday due to warm air flowing in from the southwest.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -7 and 3 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 9 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Temperature differences between day and night will be around 20 degrees Celsius, especially inland, so caution is advised for health management.
Clouds will be widespread nationwide, and Jeju Island will gradually become cloudy from the morning. Rainfall of 5 to 10 mm is expected on Jeju Island from late afternoon through the 28th.

Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in the Jeju area and 'moderate' in other regions. However, the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, Chungbuk, and Chungnam are expected to experience 'bad' levels from the afternoon.
Fog with visibility less than 1 km may occur in the Seoul metropolitan and Chungnam areas between dawn and morning, and dense sea fog is expected over the West Sea.
Dry weather will continue. The Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Province, inland Chungcheong region, eastern Jeonnam, and Gyeongsang region, where dry weather warnings are in effect, will experience very dry air. Other areas will also be dry, so special caution is needed to prevent wildfires and other fire hazards.
Strong winds with gusts around 55 km/h (70 km/h in mountainous areas) are expected mainly in Gangwon Yeongdong and the eastern and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters.
In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
