Encourages Players to Aim Higher Than Fourth or Fifth Place
Doosan Bears owner Park Jung-won, chairman of Doosan Group, visited the spring camp in Miyazaki, Japan, to encourage the players.
On the 26th, Park watched the 'Kuchundaehoe' practice game between Doosan and Japan's Seibu Lions at Sun Marine Stadium in Miyazaki, Japan, and then met with manager Lee Seung-yeop and the players.

At this event, he presented an encouragement fund to captain Yang Eui-ji, saying, "We are not playing baseball to finish 4th or 5th," and urged, "Play Bears-style baseball with passion and do your best."
Doosan finished 4th in the regular season last year and 5th in 2023.
Chairman Park has visited the spring camp every year to support the team. Last year, he gifted each of the 35 players a tablet PC worth approximately 1.5 million won at the training site.
