SSG.com announced on the 27th that it will expand its dawn delivery service to the Daegu area and hold a promotional event to celebrate this expansion.
From this day forward, customers residing in Nam-gu, Dalseo-gu, Dalseong-gun, Buk-gu, and Seo-gu in Daegu can place orders for dawn delivery by 10 PM and receive their products by 7 AM the next day. The service is also scheduled to start next month in Suseong-gu, Dong-gu, and Jung-gu in Daegu.
The Daegu dawn delivery service is carried out using CJ Logistics' infrastructure and vehicles. Refrigerated and frozen products are packed with cooling agents in separate pouches to maintain freshness. For fresh food items, if customers are dissatisfied with the freshness, they can receive an unconditional refund through the company’s own quality assurance program called the "Freshness Guarantee System."
To commemorate the expansion of the service area, SSG.com will run a promotion for Daegu customers until May 31. Customers who purchase over 60,000 KRW will receive a 10-pack of eggs. Additionally, a 10,000 KRW shopping cart discount coupon will be given for purchases over 40,000 KRW. Popular grocery items selected by SSG.com will also be offered at up to half price.
To make the service more accessible, special delivery benefits have been prepared. Free shipping will be temporarily provided for purchases over 20,000 KRW. Furthermore, if dawn delivery products arrive after 7 AM, customers can receive a full refund of the order amount in SSG Money, up to 100,000 KRW, as part of an ongoing event.
