Visits to the Oriental Medicine Healing Center, Agape Garden, and Baekje Royal Palace
Iksan City in North Jeolla Province, together with the Iksan Culture and Tourism Foundation, is operating the "Areumda(da)um Wellness Iksan Tour" to celebrate "Travel Month in March."
According to the city on the 26th, the "Areumda(da)um Wellness Iksan Tour" is a one-night, two-day travel package that connects Iksan's traditional medicine industry with local attractions.
This package was planned in collaboration with "Nonunbeop," a travel content platform for middle-aged and older adults. The tour starts at the Oriental Medicine Healing Center at Wonkwang University Oriental Medicine Hospital, and includes visits to Agape Garden, Chunpo Village, the UNESCO World Heritage Site Mireuksaji, and the Baekje Royal Palace (Wanggung-ri Historic Site).
At the Oriental Medicine Healing Center, visitors can experience personalized oriental medical check-ups, acupuncture treatment, herbal foot baths, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. At Agape Garden and Chunpo Village, guests can enjoy nature and relaxation.

A city official stated, "We will continue to strive for the development of stay-type cultural tourism content in Iksan to attract more people and vitalize the local economy," and added, "We aim to make Iksan a leading tourism city through continuous promotion and attracting tourists."
Meanwhile, "Travel Month in March" is a campaign promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization to increase interest in domestic travel and revitalize the local economy by promoting unique and attractive regional travel packages.
