AdCreative.ai to Be Acquired
for 38.7 Million Dollars
Appier, Taiwan's first artificial intelligence (AI) unicorn company established in 2012, announced on the 25th that it will acquire France's AdCreative.ai for $38.7 million (approximately 55.2 billion KRW).

This marks Appier's fifth major acquisition as an AI-based Software as a Service (SaaS) company. It is expected to expand Appier's generative AI product portfolio, strengthen its presence in the global market, and innovate the future of digital advertising and marketing.
Chihan Yu, CEO of Appier, stated, "This acquisition will enhance our product portfolio and strengthen our generative AI and data competitiveness, providing an opportunity to expand our service capabilities in the global market and improve overall profitability."
Through this acquisition, Appier will strengthen its capabilities in providing generative AI-based solutions, enabling companies to improve performance and cost efficiency throughout the advertising lifecycle, from ad creation to performance optimization. In particular, it is expected to create new growth opportunities for companies in e-commerce, gaming, and consumer goods through AI-based advertising and marketing.
Alexandre Leciel, CEO of AdCreative.ai, said, "Collaboration with Appier, which has over 10 years of expertise in AI and advertising, will be a very important milestone for us," adding, "Appier's proven track record and innovation in AI-based marketing align with our mission to redefine advertising creative efficiency and performance." Appier plans to secure key talent and promote innovation across the organization through this acquisition.
Meanwhile, Appier has been expanding its business through strategic acquisitions, including QGraph in India in 2018, Emotion Intelligence in Japan in 2019, BotBonnie in Taiwan in 2021, and Woopra in the United States in 2023.
