SKT's Phone Insurance 'T All Care Plus' Surpasses 3 Million Users... Prizes for New Subscribers

Gifts Including Galaxy S25 for March Subscribers

SKT announced on the 26th that the number of subscribers to its mobile phone loss and damage insurance 'T All Care Plus' has surpassed 3 million, and it will hold a prize event.

SKT will hold an event next month offering prizes to about 300 new subscribers. Customers who subscribe to T All Care Plus during March can enter the event through the T All Care Plus website. Various prizes will be given through a draw, including Galaxy S25 (3 winners), Galaxy Watch7 (3 winners), department store mobile gift certificates (30 winners), and Starbucks coffee sets (300 winners). The draw will be held on April 10, and the results will be individually notified to the winners.

T All Care Plus provides a different customer experience from traditional mobile phone insurance that only covers simple phone damage and loss. Key services include 24-hour consultation, same-day delivery of replacement phones for loss compensation, damage repair agency, free provision of premium rental phones, and battery replacement. Additionally, it offers damage compensation for smart devices such as smartwatches and tablets, as well as financial fraud damage compensation services up to a limit of 3 million KRW.

Recently, a 'Switch Service' was introduced for customers who want to replace their phones. If repair is difficult, customers can pay only the replacement fee to exchange their phone once every two years (up to 3 times) for a renewed phone of the same model with similar appearance and performance.

Technological innovations such as drop damage detection alerts continue as well. When a phone is dropped, the T All Care Plus app automatically sends a drop detection alert and checks for damage. If the phone is damaged, users can immediately check the location of repair centers or start the desired compensation application.
