In a lecture held on the 20th for major domestic clients, Leader Mittal predicted, "Half of the global large corporations will apply AI technology to their business and fully operationalize AI-based business operations by the end of this year." He emphasized, "If last year was a year of experimenting and verifying AI's potential through Proof of Concept, this year will mark a transition to a stage where AI application in actual business operations rapidly expands."

Regarding domestic companies' use of AI, he advised, "It should be accepted not as a simple tool but as a core strategy." To this end, he urged investment in AI data centers and infrastructure and the establishment of strategic partnerships with leading AI companies. He added, "AI technology is advancing so rapidly that innovations occur every three months," and "AI will not replace jobs; rather, people who utilize AI will create higher value and secure competitiveness."

He analyzed that the advancement of agent AI acts as a key factor accelerating AI adoption within companies. Leader Mittal stated, "Agent AI has now developed to the level of autonomously making decisions and executing tasks," and predicted, "The role will shift to AI making decisions and humans verifying them." Examples of AI application in business include ▲ creation and distribution of product and advertising content ▲ optimization of dynamic pricing ▲ automation of customer service based on chatbots and voice AI ▲ sales forecasting and targeted marketing ▲ brand monitoring ▲ efficient supply chain management.

Meanwhile, the 'AI Innovation Bible' is a book co-authored by Leader Mittal and Thomas H. Davenport, a senior advisor for AI practice at Deloitte Consulting and a globally recognized management strategist, which was published domestically in August last year. Based on the expertise and experience of the two authors who have provided AI business consulting to numerous global analog companies, the book vividly presents digital transformation cases driven by AI across various industries such as manufacturing, finance, and services.
