Kim Daewon Stresses the Importance of Sharing Integrity Commitment
and Employees' Resolution to Practice Integrity
The Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service is spreading its commitment to 'Active Integrity' by launching an on-site communication project.
The Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service (President Park Jong-gil) announced on the 24th that it held a 'Visiting Integrity Promotion Headquarters' meeting on the 20th with executives and employees from the Gwangju Regional Headquarters and local institutions.
This meeting, held under the slogan 'Active Integrity,' was the first meeting directly hosted by the Standing Auditor this year. Through integrity consulting and integrity discussions, the Standing Auditor shared his commitment to integrity and discussed ways to build an integrity culture and improve integrity levels together with the staff.
The Service also introduced that through the 'Integrity Practice Resolution Ceremony,' they took time to reaffirm their commitment to fair job performance, eradication of improper solicitation, transparent work processing, exclusion of private interests, and proactive administrative handling from the customer's perspective.
Kim Dae-won, Standing Auditor of the Service, emphasized, "For a clean organizational culture, it is important for senior officials to lead by example and demonstrate 'Active Integrity.' We will strengthen integrity consulting focusing on institutions with low integrity levels and actively communicate with employees."
