Hyundai Construction announced on the 24th that its futuristic housing model won the Gold Winner award at the Asia Design Prize 2025.
This award is part of the largest design event in Asia, with over 1,600 designers participating from 25 countries worldwide. Hyundai Construction received the Gold Winner award for its futuristic housing model, the ‘The H All Life Care House.’ The flexible use of space, including pocket terraces inspired by Hanok and adaptable furniture, was highly praised.
Additionally, the introduction of AI-based customized healthcare solutions and CartoHome services was recognized as innovative. The Gold Winner award is given to only the top 3% of all entries, and Hyundai Construction is the only domestic construction company to receive it.
Six works, including ‘Here and Somewhere,’ which helps efficiently find paths in underground parking lots, the landscaping facility ‘Beauty Upcycling Pergola’ made from recycled cosmetic containers, a tea house for residents, and children’s playground facilities, received the Winner award. Including these award-winning works, Hyundai Construction has been named a winner at this ceremony for four consecutive years.
