AI-based digital transformation specialist company ToBeSoft (CEO Moranhee Kim) announced on the 24th that it will support specialized education related to the SW·AI industry development project as a participating institution in the National Human Resources Development Consortium's 'Customized Training Program for Corporate Demand,' conducted by the Seoul Technical Education Center of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Center Director Yeonseon Kim).
The National Human Resources Development Consortium's 'Customized Training Program for Corporate Demand' is a project led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, where companies, employer organizations, and public institutions jointly conclude training agreements with related companies and design and operate customized training programs through job analysis consulting. This program aims to provide tailored training to employees of participating companies to help improve competitiveness and productivity.
The education supported by ToBeSoft is in the IT/Information and Communications field, and the courses consist of ▲ Basics of UI/UX platform for digital transformation and component utilization ▲ Practical case-based application using the UI/UX platform.
This education will provide practical, work-centered training to help participants acquire skills needed in actual work environments rather than simple theory.
Additionally, employees participating in the training will receive various benefits, including full tuition support, lunch provision, textbooks, and a certificate of completion from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Applications for the training can be made through the ToBeSoft customer support website or at the Seoul Technical Education Center of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the training will be held at ToBeSoft headquarters located in Bongeunsa, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
